Evergreen Senior Nutrition Alliance is a community-rooted initiative dedicated to improving the nutritional well-being, cultural connection, and emotional health of vulnerable seniors in Willow Glen and surrounding neighborhoods. We design programs that honor dignity, celebrate culture, and bring warmth, creativity, and belonging to older adults.
